Cancellation Policies
Cancellations will be subject to the following policies based on the notice period:
- 8 days or more: Refund minus 30% of the total amount.
- 7 days or less: Refund minus 70% of the total amount.
- Same day of the service: No refund. Please refer to our rescheduling policies.
- Cancellations due to bad weather: Only determined on the same day of the service if maritime authorities impose restrictions due to extreme conditions. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued minus 10% of the total amount.
What’s the Best Time of Year to Visit Cartagena and Its Islands?
- High Season: From December to March, Cartagena boasts sunny days, refreshing breezes in the afternoons, and vibrant energy everywhere. The absolute peak season runs from December 15 to January 31.
- Rainy Months: April, October, and November bring occasional rain showers, but they’re usually short-lived.
- Warm Months: From May to July, the city can feel quite warm, but it’s the perfect time to escape to the islands and cool off in their turquoise waters.
Whenever you visit, Cartagena offers a unique charm and plenty of activities to enjoy!
Do You Offer Hourly Charters?
- Charters run from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, giving you a full day to explore.
- You can choose your departure time (from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM), but all boats must return to the marina by 5:00 PM.
Late departures don’t affect pricing or the end time, so we recommend starting earlier to make the most of your day!
Do You Offer Bay Tours?
Yes, we do! Our Bay Tour is a fantastic way to see Cartagena from a whole new perspective. After 5:30 PM, we set sail for an evening cruise around some of Cartagena’s most iconic locations, including:
- Manga and Bocagrande Bays
- The Old Town’s Bay
- The Convention Center
- Cartagena’s Port
Bay tours start at 2 hours and are available for both small groups and larger gatherings. It’s a unique and memorable way to experience Cartagena’s beauty!

The Rosario Islands and Barú consist of 27 unique islands, ranging from private villas to boutique hotels, lively restaurants, and quiet, rocky outcrops. Choosing the best island depends on what you’re looking for:
